SHAD is the motorcycle luggage division of NADSL, founded in 1973 near Barcelona. Initially making seats for brands like Derbi, Montesa, Bultaco, Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki, Piaggio, BMW, Peugeot and MBK, it built a reputation for precision and quality.

By the early 1990s, NADSL had expanded into OEM plastic parts and luggage, supplying custom side and top cases for manufacturers like BMW and Yamaha.

Today, SHAD is among Europe’s leading OEM suppliers supplying luggage and seats for BMW GS models, Triumph, KTM, Moto Guzzi, Polaris, Indian, Yamaha, and more.
