Delivery Charges

Additional Information

• Large or heavy items may require a bespoke shipping quote. We will contact you if needed.
• All orders placed before 3:00pm on working days are processed the same day.
• Made-to-order items may take 7–14 working days to manufacture (up to 28 during busy periods).
• We use DPD as our main courier for UK and Europe. Tracking info will be sent via SMS or email.

Missed Delivery

If you miss your delivery, DPD will make two further attempts on consecutive working days. After 3 failed attempts, your parcel will be held at a local depot for one week. If not collected, it will be returned to us. Any redelivery costs are your responsibility.

Undelivered or Damaged Orders

• If your order hasn’t arrived within 3–5 days (UK) or 28 days (custom items), please reach out to us via our contact form, use live chat, or email us at hello@mototrends.co.uk.
• Please report any damaged items within 2 days of delivery. We can only process courier claims within that timeframe.

Safe Place Deliveries

If you request your parcel to be left in a “safe place” (e.g. porch, shed, behind bins), please be aware that this is done at your own risk. Once the courier confirms delivery to the specified location, we are no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. We strongly recommend selecting a delivery option where someone is available to receive the parcel in person.

Customs Charges

Due to Brexit, EU orders over £135 (€150) may incur local customs and tax charges upon arrival. These charges must be paid by the customer. If unpaid within 5 days, the order will be returned to us. Any return shipping costs and admin fees will be deducted from your refund.
